Refund policy

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Email diecastlestudio@gmail.com or message us in chat with your order number. After 24 hours, your order may already be on its way to you and can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email diecastlestudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Other returns

Because every order ships direct from our supplier, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.
